We’re proud to support the incredible team at UBC Formula Electric, who recently competed at the Formula SAE Electric 2025 competition in Michigan — one of the most prestigious global platforms for student-led innovation in electric vehicle design.

This year marked a bold leap forward for the UBC team as they transitioned from a two-wheel to a four-wheel drive powertrain, redesigned the chassis and suspension to support in-hub motors, and integrated a high-voltage 600 V battery pack. These upgrades reflect a remarkable level of technical ambition and engineering depth.

Out of more than 100 international teams, UBC placed 46th overall, successfully passing key technical inspections and showcasing their work in dynamic and static events — including acceleration, design review, cost analysis, and business presentation.
