BlueForce Energy and Electromod Garage Collaborate to Power Classic Cars into the Electric Future

First U.S. collaborator under the Powered by BlueForce program brings Canadian electrification technology to Colorado
BlueForce Energy is announcing a new collaboration with Electromod Garage, a custom automotive shop based in Rollinsville, Colorado. This marks BlueForce Energy’s first U.S.-based collaborator under the Powered by BlueForce program expanding its vehicle electrification solutions across the border and into the American custom car community.
Industry research shows that more than 40 million vehicles(1) in the United States now qualify as collector or classic - about 15 percent of the national fleet - yet they are typically driven just 1,200 miles a year(2) and together account for barely one percent of the country’s annual vehicle-miles traveled. When they are on the road, pre-1995 engines can emit up to twenty times(3) the smog-forming pollutants of a modern gasoline car. Re-powering these vehicles with electric drivetrains removes the tailpipe impact entirely while preserving their cultural and historical value for decades to come.
Electromod Garage brings over 15 years of automotive experience to the table, specializing in electric conversions, European performance vehicles, and custom builds. Founded by master BMW technician Woody Boyd, the shop is known for its hands-on craftsmanship and commitment to preserving the spirit of classic cars.
